Pregnancy

We’re here to support you throughout your pregnancy

If you have any pain, bleeding or feel there’s something wrong, do not use the phone numbers or email addresses listed on our website. Call your health care provider, visit the nearest emergency room or call 911 right away.

Our prenatal programs provide education, support and connections to help you have a healthy and positive pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and parenting experience. There are many options to choose from – and you don’t have to pick just one! Getting similar information in more than one way can help the information stick.

Learning about pregnancy, birth and caring for a newborn while you are pregnant has many benefits, including:

  • Better mental health during pregnancy
  • Feeling more prepared for birth
  • More babies starting and continuing breastfeeding
  • Greater confidence in parenting and stronger parent-baby relationship after birth

Online prenatal program
