Online booking system issues resolved

The issues with the online booking system on December 20 have been resolved. Visit wdgpublichealth.ca/appointments.

While our vaccine booking help line is booking appointments it is experiencing high call volumes. If you do not get through, please try again later.

  • The Help Line is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. (as of December 15, 2021) Please call within these hours to speak to a live agent for help with booking a vaccine appointment or with cancelling or rescheduling your booked appointment.

Please remember that you may also be able to get your booster dose from your primary care provider or a participating pharmacy.
