POLICY STATEMENT:
Objective:
The Board of Health (BOH) will actively encourage residents of the Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health (WDGPH) unit that meet the required skills for the BOH to ensure effective governance, to apply to the Provincial Appointments Secretariat. Every effort will be made to ensure that future BOH members are recruited in a timely manner and are reflective of the communities within the WDGPH geographic area.
SCOPE:
This policy applies to WDGPH BOH members.
