The in-person series consists of three evening sessions, led by a Registered Nurse, that provide participants with information and strategies to help prepare for labour & birth, breastfeeding, and early parenting. Other topics such as informed decision-making and mental health will be covered. You will also have a chance to ask questions, participate in activities, and meet other parents-to-be. A pregnancy and a breastfeeding booklet, a comfort measures toolkit, as well as other handouts will be provided to take home with you.
By registering for the in-person series, you will also automatically receive access to our online prenatal program. We suggest using the online prenatal program before and during the in-person series so you can better understand the topics covered in the in-person series.
