Health status reports

Health units in Ontario must provide and distribute an overview of the health of the population they serve. Health Status Reports are used for planning and monitoring within the community.

2009 Health Status Report: Food and Water Safety in Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph
Gastrointestinal disease, food safety, food safety training, water safety, municipal water testing, boil-water and drinking-water advisories.

2008 Health Status Report: Sexual and Reproductive Health in Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph
Sexual health and behaviours, reproductive health and fertility, Public Health clinic activities and services.

2006 Health Status Report
This comprehensive report answers the questions “who are we?”, “how healthy are we?” and “how healthy will we be in the future?”
